Does LG offer free shipping?
Most devices purchased on LG's website include free shipping. Each individual product page lists the exact delivery dates and options for each item. Certain items — such as TVs over 55 inches and large kitchen appliances — can also include Room of Choice Delivery.
Do LG products come with a warranty?
LG warranties vary based on the item you purchase. However, you can find the warranty of your item based on its model. You can search your model on LG's website. Additionally, LG offers extended service plans via its LG Premium Care program. Plans start at $80 per year for dishwashers.
What is LG's return policy?
LG will accept return requests for purchases within the first 30 calendar days after delivery. However, you will need to report any shipping issues or damaged products to LG Order Support within 5 business days of delivery. If you aren't able to let their team know about any issues of this kind before 5 business days is up and you request a refund, the team may offer less than a full refund to cover administrative costs.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
